1. About the program

Swagat Rewards is a free loyalty program that lets our customers earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for discounts. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can join

You must have a customer account with our store and be able to receive account communications. The program is intended for individual shoppers, one account per person, for personal (non-commercial, non-resale) purchases. We may refuse, suspend, or remove participation if we believe an account is being misused.

3. How you earn points

• You earn points automatically on qualifying purchases once your account is attached to the sale (online at checkout, or in-store when we look up your account by phone number).
• The earning rate is the rate displayed in the program — on our Rewards page and in-store — at the time of your purchase. Points are earned on the product subtotal, before tax and shipping. We may run bonus offers or point multipliers from time to time.
• We may change earning rates, bonuses, and multipliers at any time; the rates displayed in the program always control. Points have no value until they post to your account.
• Points are tied to actual purchases. If an order is later canceled, returned, or refunded, we may reverse the points earned on that order.

4. What points are (and are not)

Points are a promotional benefit only. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or combined between accounts, and are not your property or a deposit. They are a revocable license to a discount benefit that we may modify or discontinue.

5. Point expiration

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity — that is, if you neither earn nor redeem any points for 12 consecutive months, your unused points may be removed. Any earning or redemption activity restarts the clock. We may adjust this window in the future and will give notice as described in Section 8 before a change takes effect.

6. How you redeem points

• Points are redeemed for a money-off reward at the redemption rate displayed in the program at the time you redeem — shown on our Rewards page when you are logged in, and at the register — subject to any minimum balance shown in the program.
• Online: redeeming generates a single-use discount code tied to your account, valid for a limited time (currently 30 days), for use at checkout.
• In-store: at the register, our staff can look up your balance and, with your okay, apply your reward directly to your purchase.
• A redeemed discount is one-time use and cannot be reused, refunded for cash, or reinstated once applied.

7. Corrections, errors, and fraud

We may adjust, correct, or remove points to fix errors, reflect returns or refunds, or address suspected fraud or abuse. If we believe points were earned or redeemed through error, manipulation, or a violation of these Terms, we may reverse them and/or suspend the account.

8. Changes to the program

We may change these Terms or any part of the program — including earning rates, redemption values, and benefits — or end the program entirely, at any time. If a change materially reduces the value of points you have already earned, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice (for example, in-store signage, email, or a notice on our website) before it takes effect.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may stop participating at any time by contacting us. On termination for cause, unredeemed points may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of liability

The program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program, and our total liability relating to the program will not exceed the retail value of the points at issue.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
