FryUp Farali Potato Fryums - 400g

FryUp Farali Potato Fryums are colourful ready-to-fry snack pellets made from sago flour, tapioca starch and potato powder, seasoned with rock salt. A few seconds in hot oil turns them into airy, crackling fryums in red, yellow, orange and green.

Because they are made with rock salt they work for farali (fasting) days as well as everyday chai-time snacking. Finish with a dusting of chaat masala and serve hot.
