Refund Policy

All sales are final, except as expressly stated below.
Eligible Refunds
We offer a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is non-perishable
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return is made in person at our Tallahassee, Florida store
- The return is made within 7 days of the purchase date
- The original physical receipt is presented (photos, screenshots, copies, or digital receipts are not accepted)
Not Eligible for Refund
The following items and situations are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Perishable items, including food, beverages, frozen items, and refrigerated items
- Opened or used items
- Returns without a physical receipt
- Returns made after 7 days
- Mail-in, shipped, or courier returns
- Partial refunds or exchanges
Online Orders
Items purchased online may only be returned in person at our Tallahassee store and must meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Mail-in returns are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Items may be inspected before approval. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of refund or replacement.

- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
