Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Local Delivery

Customers within our eligible local delivery area may choose Local Delivery at checkout. Delivery availability, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your address.

Store Pickup

Customers may also select Store Pickup at checkout at no additional charge. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Some products may be unavailable for shipping due to temperature or food safety requirements. These items may be offered only for Local Delivery or Store Pickup.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items so we can assist you promptly.
