FryUp Farali Sago Fryums - 400g

FryUp Farali Sago Fryums are ready-to-fry pipe-shaped snack pellets made from sago flour, tapioca starch and rock salt. Drop them into hot oil and they puff up in seconds into light, crunchy multi-coloured fryums.

Made with rock salt, so they are suitable for Hindu fasting (farali/upvas) days as well as everyday snacking. Sprinkle with salt or chaat masala straight after frying and serve alongside tea, dal-bhaat or a thali.
